Restaurant – ONE SIXTY HAMPSTEAD

Brief:

To turn an empty shell in North London into a smokehouse and bar.

The client: Back to Front, a design collective based in London and Cape Town, which aims to produce creative work that is right for the people that they are making it for.

What I did: Working with Back To Front, which came up with the name One Sixty (based on the optimum inner temperature of meat when smoking), I sourced all the materials that went into the space, from photography and upholstery to jars.
